Do you accept insurance?

I do not accept insurance and am not enrolled as a Medicare provider. In some cases you may be able to use an HSA account to pay for some services or may be able to submit charges to your insurance on your own for reimbursement.

Do you offer payment plans, scholarships, or sliding scales?

Please contact me to discuss your circumstances. This work is vital to the health of individuals and society as a whole and financial challenges should not be a barrier to healing.

What do pelvic health sessions include?

As every person is a unique individual all treatment plans vary, but may include external or internal manual therapy, exercise, education regarding posture and movement, and guided meditation and energy work.

Do I need any prior yoga experience for therapeutic yoga sessions?

I work with yoga students who are complete beginners to those with a well established practice. And everything in between.
